My name Is David Carver and I am a Chartered Surveyor and ‘Fellow’ of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). I provide high quality Level 2 ‘Intermediate’ surveys and Level 3 ‘Building Surveys’ on residential properties in South London and North Surrey - and I have been undertaking this type of work for more than 30 years.
I originally set up the business in 2006, working from my then home town of New Malden and whilst I have since moved out to Little Bookham, near Leatherhead, I have retained bases in Wimbledon and Surbiton – and I will continue to work in these and the surrounding areas that I know well. I undertake surveys within a radius of about 10 miles from Little Bookham; focusing particularly on Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, New Malden, Worcester Park, Cheam, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Wandsworth, Hampton, Teddington, Esher, Thames Ditton, Cobham, The Horsleys, Fetcham, etc.
My philosophy is simple: I aim to provide the highest quality advice, reports, and customer service - at a fair price. My business is built on local knowledge, experience, and satisfied customers (and you will find plenty independent reviews on Google here and on the ‘Reviews’ page of this website’). My service is not the cheapest – so if you are looking for the cheapest possible quote, please save yourself the time - and maybe try elsewhere.
